Step into a vibrant partnership in San Pedro Sula, where God is already at work through local leaders who are bringing hope to their communities. This trip is centered on partnership - walking alongside local churches, schools, and ministry leaders as they serve as good news in their neighborhoods. Teams have the opportunity to support ongoing efforts through vocational training and community-based initiatives, all led by those who know their context best. As you build healthy relationships and learn from our partners, you’ll join God on mission in a way that values sustainability, local ownership, and what God is already doing.
There are a few requirements to attend this trip.
1. Complete this Trip Application.
2. Attend all Pre and Post Trip Training Sessions with your team.
3. All trips require a $100 deposit, which is non-refundable. The IRS considers all monies going towards a mission trip as a charitable donation. To comply with IRS guidelines, we are unable to refund any monies submitted.
4. Please be aware, at no time are donations refundable. They are considered charitable contributions by the IRS, and as such, can not be refunded. Should you need to cancel your trip, trip contributions already sent to Lifeline may be used for a future trip with Lifeline or designated as a ministry donation. Trip credit expires one year from the trip start date. Trip credit will not be issued if someone drops from the team within 30 days of the trip start date.
5. All passports must be valid six (6) months after return date. If your passport will be expiring within that time frame, it will need to be renewed ASAP.

In our experience and with the help of our amazing local leader, we know that this creates dependency and reinforces unhealthy patterns. By signing this, you agree to respect & abide by the Lifeline Giving Policy or you will be sent home at your own expense.
Requirements
Prerequisites
- Attend all pre & post trip training sessions.
- Valid passport - If your passport expires within six (6) months of trip return, it needs to be renewed prior to trip departure.
- Send trip contributions on time.
- Background check - this will be sent from Lifeline.
- NON-REFUNDABLE $100 deposit is required at time of application.
- Minors (under the age of 20 in Honduras) need a notarized parental consent form if traveling without one or both parents
Responsibilities
- Attend all pre-trip training sessions.
- Contribute to any team responsibilities determined ahead of the trip (ie. prepare training, etc.).
- Attend all post-trip training and debriefing sessions.
- All deadlines must be met and participant acknowledges missing a deadline will cause disqualification from trip.

Restrictions
- Physical Limitations: This trip requires a lot of walking in the heat and long days. Please speak to the Lifeline Trips Team for more information about the trip before applying if you think this might be an issue.
- Temperatures will be warm! Dress in breathable lightweight clothing.
